Refund policy
All sales are final. Due to the custom print-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged in Transit: Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged in transit. Photo documentation is required to process any refund claim and must include the damaged product and the condition of the box it was received in. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at Orders@axis3dsolutions.com if there is an issue.
How to Request a Refund: Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and required photos. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
